New Hampshire quarterback Ricky Santos, Towson defensive back Allante Harrison, Norfolk State linebacker Kevin Talley and Indiana State kicker Kyle Hooper have been honored as national I-AA players of the week by The Sports Network, the division's most widely recognized information service.
Santos threw for 385 yards and tied a school record with five touchdown passes as New Hampshire upset I-A Rutgers, 35-24. Talley set an NCAA Division I-AA record with 30 total tackles in Norfolk State's 41-34, double overtime, loss to Savannah State. Harrison had three interceptions, including one return for a touchdown, as Towson fell to Delaware, 21-17. Hooper nailed four field goals to lead Indiana State past Eastern Illinois, 33-30, in overtime.

Tied the school record with four made field goals in a 33-30 overtime win against Eastern Illinois. Nailed a career-long 46 yarder in first half and hit a pair of 40-yard field goals in the fourth quarter. Second 40-yard kick sent the game to overtime as time expired. Hit from 21 yards out to win the game in overtime. Also connected on all three extra point attempts.
